- Your order shipment

All packages are generally dispatched within 1-3 working days after payment is received and are shipped via regular airmail with a tracking number.

- Worldwide shipping

Our shipping prices for regular airmail shipping include handling and packing as well as postage. Our shipping includes all countries and territories where it is physically possible for regular airmail, except russia.

All orders from russia will be immediately terminated.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

- Delays or missing items

If you do not receive your items ordered by you within 30 days of the date on which you paid them, we shall have no responsibility, unless you notify us using the contact form of the problem within 30 days of the date on which you paid for the goods.

- Digital downloads

Downloadable items are ready for download in your personal account immediately after payment is cleared and your order went to status "the order is confirmed".

Return Policy

We do not offer returns of shipped physical items under any condition. In case if your item comes damaged or defective, we will replace it with another copy of the same item, if still available in stock. Refunds are possible only in case of provided detailed information about the damaged items and if we are not able to send you a replacement.
